A systemic bias exists, limiting opportunities for people of color in MedTech leadership and venture capital. By fostering diversity and inclusion, we can unlock innovation and drive positive change in the MedTech industry.

People of color entrepreneurs receive less than 4% of venture capital funding. Less than 6% of Medtech industry leadership are people of color.
